I’m a Paleo Failure

It turns out that I love bread and cheese way too much to eat Paleo for any length of time.  However, I am a big believer in the benefits of this diet/lifestyle.  I’ve tried to incorporate the principles I learned from the 30 day challenge into my routine and cooking as much as possible. I am especially motivated when I notice I am feeling blah, or ‘meh’ or getting soft(er) around the middle.  Although I don’t consider myself a zealot I do have some favorite Paleo resources for when I do actually decide to be disciplined.
